Customer Success Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Analyst to join our dynamic team at Zengines. As a Customer Success Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our platform. This position highly desires a working, proven use of analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, MS Access or other data analysis methods), along with expertise in the Capital Markets industry.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique data migration requirements and challenges.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the implementation and deployment of Zengines' data migration platform.
- Assist customers with data mapping, transformation, and migration tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the effective utilization of our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it effectively to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working for a leading industry vendor, investment/wealth management, or asset owner middle/back-office operations functions. Capital Markets experience is highly desired.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, MS Access, or other analytical methods, is essential.
- Strong understanding of data used in investment accounting, trade order management, and performance measurement. Other backgrounds may be considered as appropriate.
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer support and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Capital Markets experience is highly desired, with a solid understanding of financial instruments, investment workflows, and regulatory requirements.
