This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a software company solving a challenging problem in a large market. We’re looking for a full-time senior software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience building data-focused applications. Responsibilities:
- Designing and building python-based applications and foundational frameworks
- Developing and testing software including within the context of CI/CD framework
- Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise
- Mentoring & coaching of software engineers
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Deep expertise in at least one of: C, C++, C# or Java. Expertise in Python a strong plus.
- Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform
- Experience with relational databases /SQL
- Prefer experience in ETL/ELT
- Prefer experience with a graph database(e.g., Neo4j, AnzoGraph, DataStax, Neptune)
- Prefer experience with machine-learning
